Best credit card manager apps in India (2026)

Best credit card manager apps in India compared for reward points, bill payment and reminders

Checked against each app’s official page and store listing, October 2026.

PointsFly is our app. We’ve listed it next to the others and said where they do some jobs better.

Got two or three credit cards? Then you’ve probably got a bill due on the 5th, another on the 18th, and a third one you keep forgetting about. Your points sit in four different bank portals, and you only remember them when an expiry SMS shows up.

So you search for the best credit card manager app. Most of the lists you’ll find are really about one thing: paying bills. That’s useful, but it’s only half the job (sometimes less than half).

We sorted the apps by what they actually manage. A few pay your bills. Some are better at locking your card when it goes missing. And only a handful keep count of your reward points across banks. Below, we’ve laid out which app does what. Pick whichever matches how you actually use your cards.

Key takeaways

Most “best app” lists are bill-payment lists. Only a few apps track your points across banks.

Bill-payment apps reward the payment, not your card. CheQ, for example, gives you 1% back in its own Chips on every card bill.

A bank app only sees its own bank. Cards from three banks means three apps.

Your points are where the real money is. The same points can be worth ₹0.25 as a voucher or ₹2 and more as airline miles.

India’s card data rules are strict. Since 1 October 2022, only card issuers and card networks can store your full card details.

Credit card manager apps compared

Here’s the side-by-side. The first column tells you the one job each app does best.

Partial means the app tracks points for one bank only, or counts its own reward currency rather than your card’s points. Prices and features checked in October 2026.

What is a credit card manager app?

A credit card manager app puts all your cards in one place, so you can see bills, spends or reward points without logging in to every bank. That’s the textbook version, anyway.

In real life, credit card apps in India fall into three groups. Each group does a different job, so one “best” list rarely fits everyone.

Bill-payment apps

CRED, CheQ and PayZapp sit here. You add your cards, they fetch your bill, and you pay it from your bank account. You usually get something back for paying, like coins, Chips or cashback. They’re great at keeping you on time, but they’re not built to tell you what your card’s points are worth.

Bank apps

HDFC Bank, ICICI iMobile, SBI Card, Axis Mobile and the rest. These are your control panel: block a card, change limits, convert a purchase to EMI, download a statement. The catch? Each one sees only its own bank’s cards.

Rewards and tracking apps

PointsFly and SaveSage. Think of these as a credit card wallet app with a brain. They read your statements or transaction emails and add up your points across banks. Then they show you what those points can get you. Most lists skip this group, and honestly, it’s where most of the value hides.

How we picked these apps

We looked for apps an Indian cardholder can actually use today. Then we checked each one against five things:

  • Does it work with cards from more than one Indian bank?
  • Does it track reward points, or only spends?
  • Does it help you pay on time, through bill payment or reminders?
  • Is it clear about what data it reads, and why?
  • Is it free, or worth what it charges?

We checked every app’s official page or store listing in October 2026. Apps change their features often (sometimes every month!), so take a quick look at the app before you sign up.

The 7 best credit card manager apps in India

1. PointsFly: best for tracking reward points and picking the right card

Best for: anyone with two or more cards who wants more out of their points.

PointsFly is a credit card reward points app. You add your cards and connect your email, and it picks up your transactions and points on its own. No typing. It also tells you which card earns the most for each spend. Ready to redeem? It searches flights and hotels on points, so you know what your points are worth before you use them. And your airline and hotel loyalty programmes sit in the same place.

  • Reward points tracking: Yes, across banks, including HDFC, Axis, Amex, ICICI and SBI
  • Bill payment: No
  • Price: 7-day free trial, then Pro at ₹249 a month or Pro MAX at ₹2,999 a year (launch offers for the first 500 users)
  • Platforms: Android and iOS
  • Pros: points tracked per transaction; best-card suggestions for each spend; flight and hotel search on points
  • Cons: it doesn’t pay your bills, so you’ll still need your bank app or a bill-pay app for that; it’s a paid app after the trial
  • Good fit if: you hold cards from more than one bank, you travel, and you’d like your points to go further

2. SaveSage: best for rewards tracking with bill pay

Best for: anyone who’d like their points and their bill payments sitting in one app.

SaveSage pulls in your card statements from Gmail or Outlook. From there it keeps count of your cards and points, and it’ll ping you before any points expire. You can pay card bills in the app, check your credit score and look up flights and hotels on points. It also offers one-on-one sessions with its experts, and an AI assistant called Savvy. Its Scan & Save feature suggests the best way to pay just before you buy. You may remember it from Shark Tank India.

  • Reward points tracking: Yes
  • Bill payment: Yes
  • Price: free to download; paid plans (Pro, Elite and Private) unlock full access, expert chat and a family plan
  • Platforms: Android and iOS
  • Pros: points and bills in one place; expiry alerts; best-card suggestions before you pay; expert sessions
  • Cons: full access needs a paid plan; lots of extras (loans, insurance) if all you want is a reminder
  • Good fit if: you’d like rewards tracking and bill payment under one roof

3. CRED: best for paying bills and tracking spends

Best for: paying on time, every time.

CRED is the app most cardholders already have. Once your cards are added, CRED reminds you before a payment is due. It also shows where your money went and flags hidden fees. Pay the bill through the app, and you’ll get cashback and coins back.

  • Reward points tracking: No, it focuses on bills and spends
  • Bill payment: Yes
  • Price: free (check for a platform fee at checkout on some payments)
  • Platforms: Android and iOS
  • Pros: supports cards from most Indian banks; reminders; spending insights
  • Cons: rewards are CRED’s cashback and coins, not more points on your card; it won’t tell you what your card points are worth
  • Good fit if: your main goal is never missing a due date

4. CheQ: best for paying multiple cards from one place

Best for: people paying several card bills a month.

CheQ lets you manage all your credit card bills in one place, and pay utility bills like electricity and FASTag with your card too. Every card bill payment earns 1% in CheQ Chips, which you can use for bill discounts or brand vouchers. There’s also an AI advisor called Wisor.

  • Reward points tracking: No, it earns its own Chips
  • Bill payment: Yes
  • Price: free (check for a platform fee at checkout)
  • Platforms: Android and iOS (4.2★ on the App Store in India, from about 10,000 ratings)
  • Pros: 1% back in Chips; utility bills in the same app; one dashboard for many cards
  • Cons: Chips are CheQ’s rewards, not your card’s points; no view of what your card points are worth
  • Good fit if: you want one place to pay all your card bills

5. Your bank’s app: best for card controls

Best for: blocking a card, changing limits or converting to EMI.

Every big bank has one: HDFC Bank’s MobileBanking, ICICI iMobile, the SBI Card app, Axis Mobile. They’re the official source for your balance, statement and points. Lost your card at a restaurant? This is where you block it. You can also tweak limits and spend points from the bank’s catalogue.

  • Reward points tracking: Partial, for that bank’s cards only
  • Bill payment: Yes, for that bank’s cards
  • Price: free
  • Platforms: Android and iOS
  • Pros: full card controls; the official number for your points
  • Cons: one bank per app; redemption usually points you to the bank’s catalogue, where value per point is often low
  • Good fit if: you hold one card, or you need to block a card right now

6. PayZapp: best for HDFC cardholders

Best for: people whose cards are mostly HDFC.

PayZapp is HDFC Bank’s payments app. You can pay card bills and earn CashPoints on select payments, and Moneyview reports no platform fee when you pay HDFC card bills through it.

  • Reward points tracking: Partial, through CashPoints
  • Bill payment: Yes
  • Price: free
  • Platforms: Android and iOS
  • Pros: no platform fee on HDFC card bills; CashPoints on select payments
  • Cons: the best value is only for HDFC cards; CashPoints are separate from your card’s reward points
  • Good fit if: most of your cards are from HDFC

7. Credit Card Manager (Android): best simple, offline due-date tracker

Best for: people who want reminders and nothing else.

This is a plain credit card organizer app on Google Play. You add each card and its due date yourself, and it reminds you before bills are due. You can log transactions if you like. Nothing gets linked to your bank or email.

  • Reward points tracking: No
  • Bill payment: No
  • Price: free
  • Platforms: Android (4.3★ from about 4,100 reviews)
  • Pros: nothing to connect; works as a basic credit card reminder app
  • Cons: everything is manual; no points, no payments
  • Good fit if: you’d rather not link any accounts

Which credit card manager app should you use?

The best app for credit card management is the one that matches your setup, and that starts with how many credit cards you should have. Here’s the short version:

  • One card: your bank’s app is plenty.
  • Two or three cards, and you mostly want to pay on time: CRED or CheQ.
  • Mostly HDFC cards: PayZapp.
  • Three or more cards from different banks, and points matter to you: PointsFly or SaveSage.
  • You’d rather not link anything: Credit Card Manager on Android.

Lots of people use two apps, one for paying bills and one for points. That’s completely fine, because they don’t step on each other.

How to set up a credit card manager app

  1. Add every card, even the one you barely use. Points on a forgotten card still count.
  2. Link your email (or SMS) if the app gives you the option. Typing in every swipe by hand gets old by day three.
  3. Switch on alerts, both for bill due dates and for points close to expiring.
  4. Before a big purchase, look up which of your cards pays back the most on it.
  5. Once a month, glance at your points and decide if any are ready to be used.

Want all five in one place? PointsFly is a credit card management app that handles steps 2, 4 and 5 for you.

Is it safe to link your credit cards to an app?

Mostly, yes. Stick to apps you’ve heard of, and read what they’re asking for before you tap Allow. There’s also a rule working in your favour. From 1 October 2022, the RBI said only card issuers and card networks may store your full card details, so other apps and merchants have to use tokens.

Before you connect anything, run through this:

  • Check the permissions. A tracking app may need to read your card statement emails. It has no reason to want your contacts or photos.
  • Never share your CVV or OTP with anyone. Not even a “support agent” who messages you on chat.
  • Skim the privacy policy. You’re looking for two things: what gets stored, and who it gets shared with.
  • Go for apps that let you unlink your email, and wipe your data, any time you like.

Where your rewards quietly leak

  • A missed due date. One late payment can cost you a late fee plus interest, which wipes out months of rewards.
  • Points that expire unseen. As basic as it sounds, plenty of people never redeem and lose the lot.
  • Swiping out of habit. Using the same card for everything means missing the 5X or 10X categories on your other cards.
  • Redeeming for vouchers. Vouchers usually work out to ₹0.25 to ₹0.75 a point. The same points can be worth ₹2 or more as airline miles.

Let PointsFly do the tracking

Most of us don’t lose value by picking bad cards. We lose it in the small stuff: the points we forgot about, the card we swiped out of habit, the voucher we grabbed because it was right there.

PointsFly keeps an eye on all of that for you. It pulls in your transactions and adds up your points across banks. It tells you which card to use for each spend. And before you redeem a single point, it shows you what it’s worth on flights and hotels.

FAQs

What is the best credit card manager app in India?

It depends on what you need. Want to track reward points across banks and pick the right card? PointsFly and SaveSage are the strongest here. For paying bills from one place, CRED and CheQ work well. For card controls, use your bank’s own app.

What is the best app for managing credit card rewards?

PointsFly and SaveSage both track reward points across Indian banks, suggest which card to use, and help you redeem for flights and hotels. PointsFly tracks points on every transaction and shows what they’re worth before you redeem. SaveSage adds bill payment, a credit score check and expert sessions on its paid plans.

Is there any better app than CRED?

For paying bills, CRED is hard to beat. CheQ is a good alternative, and it gives you 1% back in Chips. But if you care about your card’s reward points, a rewards app like PointsFly or SaveSage does that job better. CRED sticks to bills and spends.

Is there a free credit card manager app?

Yes. CRED, CheQ, PayZapp, your bank’s app and Credit Card Manager on Android are all free. PointsFly has a 7-day free trial with full access, then a paid plan.

Which app is best for credit card due date reminders?

CRED sends payment reminders for cards from most Indian banks. If you’d rather not link anything, Credit Card Manager on Android lets you add due dates yourself and reminds you before each bill.

Can one app track reward points across different banks?

Yes. PointsFly and SaveSage both read your card activity from your email. Then they track points for cards from several banks, all in one place. A bank app can only show points for its own cards.

What is the best credit card manager app for Android?

Every app on this list works on Android. For points tracking, try PointsFly or SaveSage. For bill payment, CRED or CheQ. For simple reminders with nothing linked, Credit Card Manager is a light, free option.
